We must have gone through over 10 people and they all could not do the job of Anesthesia Coding and Billing.  They were continuously making huge mistakes on the Anesthesia Coding and Billing.  We finally found the one that did not make err ors on the Anesthesia Coding and Billing and we will need to move her over to A/R Management.  Since we need to move her to Anesthesia A/R Management we will need to start the search all over again for the Coding and Billing.  She has offered to help whoever we hire to get the Anesthesia Coding and Billing correct even though she will be over in A/R Management.
