After we had it reviewed we found that we lost thousands of dollars by not Coding our Anesthesia Billing correctly in the Ohio office. The Ohio office had shown a loss for the past 4 months and that was the red flag to review the Anesthesia Coding and Billing. So we sent one from the service we used in the Illinois office to review it. What she found was that there were so many errors with the Coding there was no way the Anesthesia Billing could have been correct from the Ohio office. With knowing that the staff was fired so we will need to replace them with a service. Starting next week we have a new service that will handle all of the Anesthesia Coding and Billing for our Ohio office and we should start seeing our profit again within a month.
