We hired a new person for our Anesthesia A/R Management.

We have gone through so many people for our Anesthesia A/R Management as well as the Coding and Billing. When we have hired for the positions of Anesthesia Coding, Billing and A/R Management they start out fine but then we see shortly there after they really do not understand all of the codes to do the job correctly. We have had our Anesthesia Coding person for about a year and she has been fantastic. The same goes for our Billing position. But we had been struggling with the Anesthesia A/R Management. I believe now that we have the right one. If you are looking for a career I would suggest going to school to learn Anesthesia Coding, Billing or A/R Management as there is a high demand for trained people.
